I have drawn from my experience over the past few years and have put it into practice on a personal training level, making training difficult but enjoyable for all fitness needs. I am fully trained and qualified by ‘Premier Training International’ REPS Level 4. Using up to the minute techniques, and structures to maintain the highest levels of training provided. I take pride in providing a professional service at all times and as fitness is my life, I enjoy what I do. My attention to detail and correct exercise procedure is unrivaled in many of today’s personal trainers as is my ability to turn the unfit into the very fit in a short amount of time due to the high intensity and variation of my training sessions.

I like to work both in & outdoors rain or shine for fitness training as this provides a varied training environment and is a much more enjoyable experience. I treat each person I train as an individual and am great at motivating and pushing you to your full potential. For every minute of your training session I am dedicated to getting you fitter and stronger. I have a friendly approach but I will TRAIN you. I need to get the best out of you as you need to get the best out of me.

I’ve been involved in sport and fitness since I’ve been walking, and actively involved in the leisure industry for a year. I am a Personal Trainer because fitness is what I enjoy most. I use my passion for fitness to benefit others, and I push people to their limits in the most enjoyable way possible to help them get the results they are looking for.

I believe there is no point in going into fitness half-heartedly. I’m very passionate about meeting my clients’ needs and goals and I will be motivating you every step of the way to make sure I’m getting the best out of you to enable you to meet your targets. Fitness is a lifestyle choice, not just a chore to get out of the way every day. If you approach it in the right way, you will enjoy your training sessions and the positive feelings of achievement, fitness and well-being they will give you.

I am a REPS accredited trainer, fully qualified at Level 3 in Advanced Personal Training, and hold certificates in Nutritional Advice and Gym Instructing.
