Craig, pt with you the last 6 months has been both hard and tough work, but man I wouldn't change it for the world !!! You've not only helped me to shape/cut up through exercise, but you've also developed my nutritional well being, helping me to increase in size for my rugby.

I hate training without you, even though you push me over my comfortable level, "You seem to always know my REAL limit." ;-) haha . . . I achieve much higher goals in much quicker time with you.

Craig would just like to say a big thank you for a challenging circuit training session last night. I find the whole experience motivating. It's like having a personal training session but at a price I can afford. It makes me motivate and challenge myself to push harder and expand my goals. I find myself enjoying exercises that I would not normally have tried within a gym environment. I have attended other workout classes before however feel I get a better full body workout with you guys. I like the fact that you guys constantly have full involvement for every minute of the training session.
Can't wait for next week guy's

Craig/Steve just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your workouts. At the ripe old age of 50, and without having done anything as intensive for many years I was really worried that it was going to be too much and I would be out of place with a group of 'fitties'. It's not like that at all. I like the fact that you can go at your own pace and am really feeling the benefits after only 3 sessions and I'm surprised how much I enjoy it (even if it does hurt at the time!). It's a welcome change from the tedium of the gym and I look forward to stepping up to 2 sessions per week from next week.
