Personal 1 on 1 Training: helps people to enhance any or all the five classic components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition (weight loss), cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. These sessions are deisigned for individual needs and can also be specialised into subsets such as power, skill, and speed.
Buddy 2 on 1 Training: You and your (friend, co-worker or partner) working together to enhance either or all your five classic components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition (weight loss), cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. This session can also be specialised into subsets such as power, skill, and speed. Not sharing the work load but sharing the cost !
